eMariner is a project conceived by an Officer while at sea. It embodies the philosophy of using one’s free time for the greater good, to benefit the maritime community.
Users are involved in the project and the suggestions they submit through the app are added to the future updates.
The project is financed by author and users, who contribute with one time payments when acquiring the app.
